The Committee of Experts (Legal Section) of the Spanish Association of Franchisors (AEF, from the Spanish) was created in 2004. Its members are personally designated and non-delegable lawyers from among the most distinguished in the legal profession, due to their knowledge and experience in the field of franchising. Its aim, through this website, is to provide highly specialised legal services and advice, in any aspects concerning franchising, to those that require it.
